| A Hard Drive Crashes
A client gave us this hard drive asking that we recover their data.
Note the scoring along the outer edge of the disk itself. This was caused by the heads dragging across the platter. In this case, we were able to recover the client's data successfully, without going to a clean room.
Not all disks have this kind of damage and being able to recover the data on a disk with this kind of damage is the exception, rather than the rule. However, we are dedicated to recovering our clients' data. We go the extra mile when it comes to recovering and/or protecting your data, because we realize that your data is your business and your livelihood.
